"Hoi Hoi" - C. Montgomery Burns

You can always talk on the Bart Simpsons Phone. As cute as it is, it is probably the most impractical telephone ever invented. But it looks great and I just had to have one. By the way, "Hoi Hoi" is how Alexander Graham Bell originally wanted everyone to answer the telephone when it rang.
